Adam Kościelniak EN

He has many years of experience in professional advisory, which he gained at international consulting firms from the „Big 4”. He has supported clients in the areas of M&A transactions, raising bank financing, business valuations and building financial models. 

Most recently, he was a Deputy Director at one of the „Big 4” company in the team specialising in renewable energy and infrastructure investments. He advised on transactions involving the acquisition of financing and the purchase/sale of photovoltaic and wind farms amounting to more than PLN 4 billion and a total capacity of more than 1 GW. He helps clients not only in Poland, but also in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Baltic States.

He is currently a PhD student at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing (PRC), majoring in finance. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Lodz. He is completing international financial and investment certifications: ACCA and CFA ESG Investing.

He actively participates, including as a speaker, in events related to the energy, infrastructure and investment industry. He has also been an active stock market investor since 2011.
