Ruslan Lernatovych has almost 6 years of professional experience, including at „Big 4” in Poland and Ukraine. He has participated in M&A, Financing and Corporate Finance transactions in the RES and Oil & Gas industry in Poland and other CEE countries. He has experience in setting up and leading an equity research team as well as buy-side advisory in M&A and financing acquisitions of Polish RES developers with >3 GW pipeline (Wind Farms and PV). 

He graduated from the Banking University of the National Bank of Ukraine in Kiev in finance and banking.

Privately interested in hiking and outdoor activities, Italian cooking and board games.
