Artur Wronkowski EN

Artur Wronkowski is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland in the area of renewable energy.  

He has more than 10 years of professional experience, including >8 years at „Big 4”, and before that 2 years working with startups and SMEs. From 2019 to 2023 he was Manager and then Vice Director in the renewable energy and infrastructure team. During this time he completed dozens of M&A transactions and bank financing acquisition in RES for projects >1 GW. He carried out projects for international infrastructural funds and strategic investors. Previously, he implemented many projects in the area of conventional energy, infrastructure (including PPP), real estate, industry, manufacturing companies, chemical industry or new technologies. He has participated in projects for companies and private equity in the preparation of financial models, restructuring, business valuations, financial DD, strategy development. Artur has also worked with start-ups in raising capital and subsequent commercialisation of projects.

He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics in the fields of Finance and Accounting and Management with specialisations in „Capital Investment and Corporate Financial Strategies” and „Economic Consulting”. He has completed numerous courses and trainings in new technologies, energy and is a graduate of the postgraduate studies in „Functioning of Energy Markets” at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Artur actively participates, including as a speaker, in events related to the energy industry, infrastructure and investments. Since 2015, he has also been an active stock market investor and enjoys supporting startups, especially in the EnergyTech / CleanTech / GreenTech areas.

Privately, he is interested in biohacking and healthy eating and practices a sporty lifestyle.
